I have completed my ICWA Foundation exam in the Year 2003. Now i am working in reputed BPO Firm as an Analyst and I want to pursue my studies further and need your guidance.

I have lost my ICWA foundation mark card during transit. But I have the examination number which was provided to me. Is it possible shall i get duplicate mark card and also suggest me the procedure to acquire the marksheets. Still I have not registered to ICWA Inter.

I am presently enrolled with ICFAI for a diploma course. I have also completed my PE II and waiting for articles registration. I want to know whether CA students are allowed to do ICFAI courses.

sir,
i am a LIC agent for the last 2 years,under IRDA regulations. agency is not a job , means off role not on role. at that time i got a oppotunity from a mutual fund AMC under AMFI ( SEBI REGULATIONS). for the job of RM. sir i want to know whether that AMC can object against my LIC agency or not? whether they have the right as per the sebi rules to ask me to surrnder my agency? what is the actual legal point on this matter ? if not then whether they have the right to ask me for the NOC only and not for the surrender of my agency. sir please help me to tell me what is the actual law position on this matter.

I did not sign any bond but i signed my appointment letter according to which i have to pay one month salary in lieu of notice.
But if i don't want relieving letter than it is necessary to pay the notice period salary.
