12 April 2008 Can anyone of you pls tell me what r the consequances of leaving the job without notice.
I did not sign any bond but i signed my appointment letter according to which i have to pay one month salary in lieu of notice.
But if i don't want relieving letter than it is necessary to pay the notice period salary.

12 April 2008 only one month salary is to be payable if u not give one month notice. they can force you to pay legally but it not not practical so no one file a suit on you for this only they can hold your account or will not give NOC.
