I am a final year student and have to give both group exam but i want to give exam of Ist group and costing of IInd group with the view to get exemption in costing while giving IInd group exam.so my question is will i have to give exam of all 4 subjects in next attempt even if i get exemption in costing.is there any provision that i have to secure atleast 30% marks in all 3 subjects of IInd group to get eligible for exemption that i got in costing in previous attempt.

what is licentiate cs as i have cleared my cs final examination but traing is incomplete plz suggest me how i can apply for licence and is it good to take licence what are its benefits.

I would like to know what is the proceedure for to get my lost CA Articleship certificate from ICAI.

I have completed CA Articleship of three years, and even appeared for exam, and not able to clear at least 1st group. I discontinued for long time. Now I am rethinking to continue with same profession by appearing the exam. Can any body suggest me,

i have completd my cs now and i have an experience of 2 years working at ca office but the firm has very small work related to company and having no cs can i get exemption from cs traing in that ground.

I'm a student of ICWAI 2009 Inter and my career portfolio is like this, [B.com (hons)45.3% in 2009 + 12th class exam from commerce background 58.9% in 2006 + 10 th class exam with 49.5%].
Now my question is, if I passed the ICWAI completly in 2014, does it land me a job with a starting salary 2.0 p.a.???

Here I am having feeling of great depression because today i lack behind all my friends who are of my age but a far ahead in earnings and myself i have not yet started earning anything.Plus i am not beeing able to clear final group.plus i am not having any practical exposure my articleship is going to be completed in 3 months and i ahve not gone even once to income tax department.I have just done two internal audit,some tax audits and july and september b/sheet finaliasation,income tax returns,tds returns,project reports and service tax returns.

I know that there is much for me to learn.

Please suggest me i want to join a firm that gives me good exposure so that i can learn every sort of work and get a good job after becoming ca.But on the other hand when i see around i think that i should do a job in some good company

please suggest me what would be fine for me?
