hi i wanted to do ca after my cs. i have completed my cs executive and i am currently preparing for my june final attempt. so is it advisable that i go for a ca now or go for a cfa.. i want to do both the courses..will my cs knowledge help me in any way in ca..?

i have recently become C.A i have only income tax experience during my articleship. i did not work related with companies and roc. but a ca firm offers me partnership but they are saying you have to work regarding companies and roc. but i do not have any practical knowledge about it. now i am worried regarding my career in c.a firm becoz this is good opportunity for me to join a ca firm but please help me how can i get knowledge regarding companies work and roc. what points should we consider while doing tax audit of companies and also guide me regarding caro report. please help me
