Can a CA who is not holding a certificate of practice structure the receipt from his employer as professional fees or retainership fees etc or will it amount to any violation of the chartered accountants act 1949 and schedules thereto?

I m not getting much exposure in the firm which i m currently working.There are on only bank audits and majority is concurrent audits. As an article i also want learn many new and diffrent things which can help me in future and not to do repetitive work. So i am not able to decide what should i do?

Respected sir, I got 40% in bcom(pass)from Calcutta University in 2011.i will be sitting for the cpt in this december..I am very much confused about the graduation percentage.it was my fault that I dint read well.but now I have decided to finish CA course in any cost with a good percentage..but because of my low percentage in graduation, will I be able to get a CA job?or there will be a huge problem with my graduation percentage? I dont want to go for CA practice.I am so confused right now that I am unable to invest my full concerntration in my cpt studies.please advice me what should I do right now.I want to overcome my career at any cost.please help me sir.I need your advice.please help me.

I am a freshly qualified CA, and looking for further studies so that i can raise my expertise level and also to help myself to get a good job and to be a better and qualified professional with world's leading corporates.
I was thinking of doing CIMA or to do International Trade Law & World Trade Organisation Course conducted by ICAI.

My questions are:
1. Am i correct in my thinking?
2. How much value these course will aid?
3. Please suggest any other certificate or diploma courses, which can add value to me and my career.
