I am neha and i have completed my graduation in commerce this year. i want to do cs but i am not at all good in my practical subjects. would i be able to clear it. please help. and if opting cs what course should i opt for PG mba or mcom??

I HAVE COMPLETED MY CS FINAL IN DEC 2008 ATTEMPT BUT COULDN'T PROCEED WITH ARTICLESHIP IN THAT YEAR. NOW I WANT TO JOIN ARTICLESHIP AND I HAVE FOLLOWING DOUBTS :

1.WHAT WILL BE THE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE WITH ICSI?
2.AM I ELIGIBLE TO JOIN CS ARTICLESHIP ?

i hv completed my bcom with 65% and wish to perseu CS or ICWAI along with Mcom. im confused which course to select.. i knw cs deals with law and icwai with accounting and both are of diferent feild.. my ques. is what els can i do after completing cs.. and if i opt for icwai after completing icwai will i be exempt from ca articalshp as i wld lyk to go for ca if posible..
i also want to knw can i set up any business on the basis of cs or icwai ..

i am a semiqulified CA,appeared for my ca final exams, recently i got an opportunity from a CA firm, they said that they will put me on ERP training. that training will be done by TCSiON at ahemdabad, it will be a 12 days training, after that 12 days training they will put us on project(for practical application of that erp training)for around 2.5 months. after that we will work under that ca firm only under audits of their clients having erp software.
i just wanted to ask that what do u think ? will it be a worth going for such opportunity? what career opportunity will i get after working with such a firm? (suppose after 1 year)
is this ERP under TCS iON is same what we called as SAP/ERP or it is all togather different from it? which one is better as per current scenario?
