Hlw every1, i hv completed my bcom with 65% and wish to perseu CS or ICWAI along with Mcom. im confused which course to select.. i knw cs deals with law and icwai with accounting and both are of diferent feild.. my ques. is what els can i do after completing cs.. and if i opt for icwai after completing icwai will i be exempt from ca articalshp as i wld lyk to go for ca if posible.. i also want to knw can i set up any business on the basis of cs or icwai .. pls rply my id is parvez.vasaya@hotmail.com Thanks

In my view go for ICWA as you are doing M.Com and after completing ICWA you can do CS as you will exemption in 4 papers. No exemption in articleship based on any other articleship but you have working experience of more than 3 years in relevant are you may get exemption.
Further it is not that CS has no real value without LLB. LLB is desirable but CS itself is valuable course and can land you with terific career prospects provided you excel in it.

Yes you will get exemption CS on the basis of ICWA and inICWA on the basis of CS but since you are doing M.Com it is advisable to do ICWA first. And yes it will be a very good combination.
