Can a person who is Partner with a CA Firm (CA holding full time COP) get into permanent full time employment with a Big4 (Advisory Services - Example: Internal Audit).Please keep in mind that he will not be part of Statutory Audit Department. Does he need to file the form for engagement in other occupation to remain partner without attest functions ?

i cleraed my ipcc grp 1.after comleting my ca i want to come in my family business(rice mill).neither in job nor in practice.my query is from where i have to take my articleship-from big 4 or from small firm,which can be benefitial for my future

Sir, I am an intermediate student of ICWA, I have given two attempts one for group 1 and got 138 and another for group 2 and got 136..I could not complete just bcoz of 12 marks and 14 marks,,I am very depressed now..I am confuse what to do next..please guide me..should I continue?..I have given two attempts already, Is it going to give a bad impact at the time of interview..Some people say that if you pass after many attempts then it will be difficult to get a job...is it like that??

Sir have qualified in this july and i want to do practice in a existing CA Firm as an partner. what i actually want to know is that should i join them directly as an partner or should i regesterd my own firm with the institute & after that i have to merge my firm with that prososed firm.?

Can i do this and if yes what is the course suitable for me.

I cleared IPCC in 1st attempt this year...The problem is that i got only 39%in b.com(gen) as i was very careless about my studies as well as was wasting my time like nonsense...please suggest me what to do now to overcome this problem,i vl be giving my best to solve this problem,,as i want to join a good job after clearing CA, shall i join M.com now to save my future or only CA is enough to survive? i will be very much thankful to you if you can give me some solution...
