10 August 2012 Sir have qualified in this july and i want to do practice in a existing CA Firm as an partner. what i actually want to know is that should i join them directly as an partner or should i regesterd my own firm with the institute & after that i have to merge my firm with that prososed firm.?

11 August 2012 It is better to join directly as a partner. Opening a new firm and then merger is a very long procedure.

Just join as a partner. Only the partnership deed will have to be modified in this case.

14 August 2012 What about the experiance if i left out the firm (merged) after few year
