My query is what are the duties & powers available to CA who is either paid asst. in CA Firm or holds a salaried employment in addition to practice ??

should i submit my resume in MNC'S or firms after the declaration of ipcc result or before it??i hve given both groups .can i do my articleship abroad?

i want to start my own consultancy firm plz suggest me

1.which point i should analyse before starting

2.from where i can have all necessary formats, which i may need during my business

3. List of books i should purchase

4. and other resources i should have

when i joined my articleship i was in lil hurry coz if i dint got reg. dat tym then i wud hav lost my 6 months for my 1st atempt.

n now i feel as i m in a wrong place..
no doubt my firm has got awsum work..
but the prob is. they only deal with audit issues.
i wanna learn tax n finance part.. so shud i go 4 transfer or talk to my sir to arange me d work i wanna learn..or do please suggest me sumthing

Sir i want to know something about CFA, my brother in law is pursuing CFA from ICFAI he has passed set 2 exams.Sir is ther any demand for CFA in indian market nowadays?...since he is doing CFA(INDIA) which is in less demand than CFA(USA),Will he get a job after completion?...what will be his starting salary and profile after completion?..

Just enrolled as member of ICAI. Cuurently, working in CA Firm. Can i hold part time cop?? And if yes, can i perform attestation functions??
