There are some basics skills needed to both whether practicing or in service. But for practicing some skills that i understand necessary is...
1. Listening to client patiently but do things as u know correctly
2. A friendly nature
3. Keep smiling
4. Art of negotiation
5. Have a independent look and many more
these points r kept to u keeping in mind my BOSS....
