Am a MBA in Finance & working as Asst. Mgr - Accounts in a MNC. I wish to go for CA. Can it be possible because I have heard that it requries regular articleship from a regd. CA for 3 yrs, but am a working guy & having my family dependent on me & my salary. If I go fo this articleship I have to leave my job which is not possible. Can anyone suggest me what to do in this case.

As we all know, ICAI compiles details in respect of CA firms as on 1st January of every year for the purpose of database updation as well as for Empanelment Purposes. I'm an ACA in practice in my firm name. So I've received a letter by ICAI to confirm or modify my firm details as on 1st January 2011.
Now going through it, I noticed that my mail id in ICAI Database is incorrect. Now the letter said any modification involving admission of a partner or paid assistant should be accompanied by form 18 duly filled. So my question is - DO I NEED TO SUBMIT FORM 18 ONCE AGAIN FOR CORRECTION OF MAIL ID or I MAKE CORRECTION IN THE LETTER SENT BY ICAI & SIGN IT & SEND BACK TO ICAI?
Also tell me how to fill up the Annex. B as attached with the letter.
I am pcc student and my last attempt is on may 2011.My articleship is going to complete in april 2011. What should I do as after my last attempt and from where i signed my exam form ? If i transfer to IPCC then my articleship is count or have to do again ?
i resident of ajmer rajasthan want to know that from where i should do the articleship whether from mumbai where they occupy our whole day for their work n we didnot get time for our ca-final studies or from ajmer or jaipur where there is less workload.
also i would like to know that is article from good firm is must for getting good jobs?

I am a CA-Final student and undergoing articleship from past 4 months. I am also interested to do CS alongwith CA.Some of my friends suggested me to start CS now so as to save your time.
But my query is how to do compulsory training
in CS alongwith articleship?
Should i have to wait till completion of my articleship.
Please suggest me what to do and also for my friend who is pursuing b.com alongwith CA and already filled form-112 for b.com(correspondence)
