My Name is Rajeev.

I am Commerce Graduate, working in an BPO handling US Pension Plan Administration from Past 4 years. Overall experience of 7 years. I have 1 yrs six month experience in Operations.

I wuold like to start my career into HR & Payroll.

Also let me know can I go for career in Taxation

Can somebody please guide me how to take the first step.
