Procedure for renewal of export house / status holder applic

Recently, we got the DGFT status holder recognition of Export House. It is valid upto 31.03.2014

My question:
1. What is the procedure to renew this EH status? Needless to say, export obligation is not a constraint.
2. Is there a specific deadline or time period before which the application must be submitted?
3. Where can I find it in the HBP / FTP 2009-14... please provide the URL link, if known / available.

To check online- amendment of consignee detail in custom

we have one shipment that already departed but our CHA filed Shipping bill with wrong consignee name and address. after our objection they provided us the Exchange Control Copy as well as EP Copy with correction manually. But we(Exporter) now want to check whether they made a correction in a proper way or just provided us without correction in custom.
