My friend send one equipment to service, its not working conditions and 3 year old used in hospitals, for customs clearance what are the documents i need to submit, whether i need to pay custom duty?

I want to know about time limit for "payment of custom duty" after arrival of vessel at port.
I have an idea about Sec 47 of customs act. I also want to know about whether payment of custom duty is impacted by Entry Inward date.

We I started to register AD code at ICEGATE it shown that I have already registered. When I was checking for my password at forgot password with my PAN No. it shown User ID is wrong.
Please let me know how to get the User ID and Password from Icegate.

Please help me to regiter the AD code at Icegate.

Non-physical Imports of the intangibles
(i) AD Banks are required to obtain a certificate from a Chartered Accountant that the software’s, data’s, drawings or designs have been received by the importers where imports are made in non-physical form like software’s or data’s through internet and drawings and designs through e-mail.
(ii) AD Banks are also required to ensure that the importers have to keep inform to the Customs Authorities against the imports as made in non physical form.

how to retrieve icegate id

If merchant exporter is purchasing the goods from the manufacturer and container is being stuffed at the manufacturer factory,
merchant exporter booked the container and container will be sealed at the same time just after the stuffing and will directly be dispatched to the nearest customs
then who needs the sealing permission Manufacturer or merchant exporter

Dear Sir,
I Just want to know that, is custom duty will be levied on Repaired imported goods. My Imported goods received on 2 months back and during site inspection we found that damage in goods. supplier is agree for free replacement. Goods are imported under EPCG scheme.
Supplier is sending the repaired goods along with pending one consignment. for this case if supplier make a replaced items parts of accessories and include in packing list and invoicing value will be value of pending consignment. is this procedure ok ? or , if supplier send repaired parts separtely then who we can avoid the custom duty? please guide me.

Dear Sir,
My company is imported Raw Material from China, Process in India & exported to Canada. In this scenario our ITC credit is increase & balance is un-utilized. Can we apply directly refund from custom or can we import against advance license.

Kindly help on IGCR Application.-
We had applied for IGCR for a shipment from party with continuity bond and BG. But due to forex fluctuation the balance in bond will not suffice the differential duty.
Please guide on how to top up the existing bond. And share format if available.

We are importing the machine parts from the various counties for the first time. So, I need help/knowledge about Advance Import Payment & Direct Import Payment. like AD code and etc. We have a current account SBI.
