If merchant exporter is purchasing the goods from the manufacturer and container is being stuffed at the manufacturer factory, merchant exporter booked the container and container will be sealed at the same time just after the stuffing and will directly be dispatched to the nearest customs then who needs the sealing permission Manufacturer or merchant exporter Please give your valuable suggestion
