Actully Our Invoice Is f.y. 2009-10 and Online Faciality start f.y. 2011-12.

shippin bill date is 31.3.15 and bill of lading date is 11.4.15 then export sales should be recognised as export sales on which date ie 31.3.15 or 11.4.15 on cif basis

we have to export surplus qty of clothes or APPAREL to oversea buyer.in this case they will take goods from us in one condition 1.free of cost value .but we have to mentioned real price on invoice's.for custom purpose. IF Garment sales by them they will release the payment. if not they will not liable for Payment. is it possible ????if yes what will be processor for that.

HELLO SIR
1.Actually i have applied for IEC online however filed physical documents also which is not required anymore according to FAQ's.
2. Acording to new foregn trade policy, the normal time limit for the issuance of IEC is 2 working days but i received rejection letter from the joint director on 16/07/2015 against which application is made on 9/07/2015.(delay in reply is abnormal).
3.I enclose all the documents which is required by department in online as well as physical mode. [checklist attached].
4.joint director has rejected IEC on three below ground:-
1.certificate of incorporation address is missing.
2. SSI certificate is not given.
3. branch details is not given.

EXPLANATIONS:-
1. Our company is registered in 1995-96 under companies act 1956 therefore incorporation certificate does not have address in itself and further if i go to mca site and download new then also same problems arises i.e. problem of address.And all other address regarding documents have already been filed with the application.
2. SSI certificate is not required by checklist given by department at their official website.
3. my company is not having any branch then no sense of seeking information regarding branch.

WHAT TO DO KNOW??
HELP IN THIS REGARD AND DO THE NEEDFUL.

We are into the import and trading of goods , we purchase licence in Mumbai for paying Customs duty for goods imported in Maharashtra.

My query is, whether we can import into Mahrashtra/Mumbai and purchase licence from Gurjarat or other state. Can we get input vat cretdit of the vat charged on the Invoice of Licence.

I have brought one Dell laptop from kerala and my son Abin Madhu when he gone to USA then caryeed the laptop with him. now he reteurned the laptop to his brother for his studies but itstruck in the Bangaloore Customes through Fedexcourier.After providing authorzing letter and K.YC, customes are asking for N.O.C from ministry fo envirnment for clearence of my shipment,pleace help me out how can I approach.Now Iam staying in kerala and unable find a way regarding this pls help

I have imported some product from usa and paid transport and insurance charges rs.100000.
Whether these above to exps will be form part of purchase cost or to be shown as indirect exps in profit and loss account please suggest
