1) Can I import goods to India under my firm name by paying using credit card from online website?
2) If yes, is there any amount limit for the same?
3) Are there docs or proofs which support both the statements above if they are true?

Firm started in 2014 engaged in manufacturing of textile goods with investment in Plant and Machinery of Rs.1 crore, having a turnover of Rs.20 crores, whether liable to get registered with Central Excise. kindly clarify

xyz ltd is a manufacturing company and it is importing good from Tibet on CIF basis up to Mumbai and from Mumbai the shipping company , up to destination(hyderabad) provides transport services through its agent, for that transportation services they will give service bill inclusive of service tax . and now can xyz ltd can claim the above services as input services and service tax paid on it as Cenvat?

We are starting an export business from India for printed material. I understand that I need to get the AD code letter from my bank. Are you able to provide a standard format or is this something that the bank should have this. Also my first shipment is through a courier company so which port should I register my IEC and AD Code. Please clear the concept of Value Addition Calculation while export of gems and jewelry.
Value Addition (VA) for gems and jewellery sector shall be as per paragraph HBP v2 .
It would be calculated as under:
A – B

VA = ----------- x 100,

B

where,
A = FOB value of the export realized / FOR value of supply received.
B = Value of inputs (including domestically procured) such as gold / silver / platinum content in export product plus admissible wastage along with value of other items such as gemstone etc. Wherever gold has been obtained on loan basis, value shall also include interest paid in free foreign exchange to foreign supplier.

If anyone, clear it with example.

sir, i want IEC code, i know the procedure but the thing is, i also want to register AD authorised Dealer code at various port.

my queries are:
1] do i have to mention port address while applying for Fresh IEC online from which i will export my goods?
2) for geeting AD Code, what is the procedure?
3) can i get registered multiple port at a same type? and after registering AD code at port, do i need to update IEC by following procedure for modification or automatically, it updated by custom officer ?

A.O approves refund of Rs. 18210 (with interest )for A.Y 2009-10 and Rs. 12530 (with interest )f0r A.Y 2010-1 on 31/5/2016. Whereas I received refund cheques without any interest through S.B.I Hyderabad on 8/6/2016. what should I do? pl guide.
