Dear sir,
we are taken one adv licence for deemed export of 50 M Ton now
after two year we had only dispatch 20 M ton to our EOU units customer by mentioning Advance licence no.

now, we had Documents:
1. Invoice copy,
2. Xerox of ARE-3 copy duly seal n sign by Receiving unit Excise range
but we dn,t have green card copy of our customer in this case what happen to our advance licence.

what will we do to get full benefit of advance licence.
please suggest us

Hello, I want to know, Is it necessary to write solution like study material? Because in private classes, lecturers teach with different methods If we wrote in different ways, does it make any difference for getting marks or for getting rank? And Is Institute solution only get priority to get rank? Thanks!

My IEC application is rejected due to following reason.
1. You have not uploded address proof on the website as per trade notice no. 18 dated 12.2.2016.

what is the date of export

my client is merchant exporter in that case what is the date of export? the procedure is 1. he issue export invoice to CHA and that date shipping bill is generated after that CHA book vessel foR future date then he called supplier to supply goods before vessel date 2. supplier sent goods directly to Port and bill of lading generated in that case what is the date of export 1. shipping date 2. bill of lading date
