Tour / trip expenses for staff and dealers

Dear Experts,

One of my client were spending money for Tour / Trip to his Office Staffs and Dealers to Inside / Outside India. Where there they spending amount were eligible for showing expenses of his Profit and Loss A/c (or) can we adjust with his income from business. What is the procedure (or) rule to allow the expenses with his books of account.

I want to gift to my daughter-in-law.

I am karta of my HUF. I have 2 sons and 2 daughter-in-laws and 3 grand children. I wish to give gift of about 2 lakhs to one of my daughter-in-law from my HUF. Can I give the gift to her. Please advise.

If cannot give gift to her from my HUF. Can I give gift to any of my grand children. Please advise.

Interest on statutory dues -prior period expense

Deduction u/s 80 gg

Can assesse claim rent paid deduction u/s 80 GG if he was in receipt of HRA but he have not submitted rent documents to employer due to which employer have not given him deduction of HRA u/s Section 10.

Expense to be direct or indirect

One company treated as wages for manager/supervisor/machine operator of manufacturing industry as direct expenses.is the treatment correct or not ? or it is indirect expenses ?
