IS THERE ANY CHANCE FOR COMPANY SECRETARIES DOING TAX AUDIT AND OTHER AUDITS AFTER PASSING OF GST BILLS???

GST has nothing to do with direct tax provisions hence question of TAX AUDITS to CS doesn't arise.
In any case CS wont get chance to do tax audits as it is not their domain though there is proposal in DTC bill it it will not come into realty

CS cannot do the Tax audit under the income tax act. it specifiy the accountant under the ca act. for audit under GST ACT., its possible to tell when act come to existance.
