Non filing by auditor of company

I need to know remedies available to Company if auditor did not file ROC and ITR within prescribed time. Who is responsible for late filing, Company Director or Auditor? ITR filed on 09/11/2016 whereas last date was 17 Oct. ROC filing still not done whereas last date was 29/11/2016.

As per Professional ethics whether A CA in Service can put Name plate of his name along with CA prefix and their Qualification outside their home..... if yes, than any formalities required please let me know

Soft copies of the bills

Can i present soft copies of Telephone and Internet bills,Electricity bills etc during tax audit;
Whether i need to keep print out of the soft copies of the mentioned bills along with payment voucher?.

Foreign currency payment

A foreigner working as industrial trainee in India. Company has paid 1000 Euro to him physically (not through net banking ) Euqualent value in INR it is Rs.77000/- (approx)

Can It do so ? (Section 40(A) 3 specifies only about INR)
What about FEMA ?

Please give response with reference to applicable provisions or guidelines.

Expenses with out bill

I need to know whether following expenses with out bill will be disallowed as expense in tax audit, because It is difficult to obtain bills for mentioned expenses.

1.Payment to Auto as travel expense
2.Salary payed to supervisor
3.Payment to carpenter
4.Rent paid
5.House keeping expenses
