29 January 2017 Gross salary Upto Rs.15000 Is eligible for ESI.
PF Limit will be Basic salary upto Rs.15000/-PF Is applicable above RS.15000 it is employer discretion to exempt or Limit to Max Rs.15000 /- of Basic.

30 January 2017 ESI limit increased to 21000/- wef from 01.01.2017,as per gazzeted notification.

For PF Still it is proposal to increase Basic wage limit to Rs.25000/-
But esi also as per draft resolution(same was shared in share files) it is announced wef 01.10.2016 but final notification announced to implement announced in official gazzeted notification on 22.12.2016.
