what is the difference between voucher and supporting. while doing vouching if we have suppoting or bill of transaction but not voucher so we can check the transaction through suppoting or not.

IS THERE ANY TURNOVER SPECIFICATION OR PAID UP CAPITAL CRITERIA FOR applicability of cost audit pertaining to manufacturing company under section 209(1)(d) of the companies act.

I Want to know if CA mention wrong membership number while signing the Audit Report and Balance Sheet. Is he held guilty of professional miscondut? If yes please mention the section or schedule according to which this could happen? If any case reference will be available please provide me the same.
