Bank Audit

Can anybody tell me the exact procedure for allotment of Bank audit 2011.

I have a firm having office at jaipur. since last 4 year i have not received bank branch audit why? ealier this since last 10 years i have done bank branch audit.

tell me what we should do for obtaining bank audit?

How to learn sections???

Hello Sir/Madam,
I will be writing IPCC exams in May 2011.
The most difficult task is,to learn the sections.
Since in exam institute asks us to write sections ,it is very difficult to learn and write them accordingly.
Please tell me the easiest way to learn all the sections.

what is TDS? how can we judge that the TDS is deducted on that item? and what is the difference between VAT and TDS? Are both applicable on one invoice?

Procedure in case of death of a proprietor?

In case of death of a proprietor, what is the procedure for continuation of the proprietorship firm by the legal heirs of the proprietor.
Secondly, if the firm is continued by the heirs, will they get the Bank Audit or the Bank Audit of the same level?
