due to slow service of e-filling i accept my report on 01/10/2013 at 7.30AM .
I could not filed hard copy to ITO due to Long distance (about 80kilometer) from my business place
may I penlised

I am an Accountant. Sir I want to know can i revised 3cd & 3cb after submit all paper. This is only for my knowledge. please advise me sir this is very urgent.

There is problem showing when filling tax audit report i.e. form 3CB.
Problem is that when signing file with DSC java error is showing still Java 7 update 40 is installed.
And Also tell me is tax audit date extended in Gujrat.

I have uploaded all client's balance sheet and profit and loss in income tax website with digitally signed by of CA and party in pdf file. I am confused that is there any need to upload balance sheet and profit and loss account scanned copy after signed manually. ?

Does an Individual having Finance Business,where receipt does not exceeds 1 crore is he liable for Tax Audit?????

Dear Sir,
An assessee having income of less than 1 crore want to show income less than 8% for that purpose CA have to done audit u/s 44AB of income tax act. Sir, I want to know that whether such audit are also consider while calculating ceiling limit of 45 audit as fixed by The ICAI.
Please provide me proper advice for this matter.
