MY ASSESSEE IS DERIVE BUSINESS INCOME AND CASE IS COVERED U/S 44AD OF IT ACT.
FURTHER HE IS HAVING HUGE AGRICULTURAL INCOME (EXCEEDING RS. 1 CRORE)ALSO. IS IT NECESSARY TO AUDIT THE PERSONAL ACCOUNTS RELATING TO AGRICULTURE SECTOR INCOME. WHEREAS THE AGRICULTURAL INCOME IS EXEMPTED U/S 10 (1) OF IT ACT.

defination of related party in As and in companies Act 2013 is different. Disclosure of Rpt in Notes to account should be done as per As or as per companies Act 2013

My Client want to apply for RO Dealership (Petrol Pump). and need valuation Certificate of his investment like FDs, Savings A/C, mutual fund, Shares, NSC, Post office etc please help me for valuation certificate.

Hi Experts

Profit and loss account includes Truck income on presumptive basis u/s 44AE.My query is:-

1.Whether we can show the value of truck in Balance sheet with amount of depreciation,though it is not charged to P/L.

OR

It is wrong to show the value of Truck in B/S

Please clarify.
