PRIMARY SCHOOLS TURNOVER & RECEIPT COMES TO RS. 20 LAKHS ONLY, DO I NEED TO FILE INCOME TAX RETURN AND CONDUCT AUDIT WITH ANY REASON PLEASE HELP ME TO WITH OTHER LEGAL FORMALITIES AS PER INCOME TAX AND OTHER PLEASE

If you are an individual no audit is required for this turnover. If you are earning taxable income you have to file the income tax return.

if ur trust registered under income tax act then tax audit is required and file form 10B
