dear sir, A private ltd company engaged in collective investment scheme and running inquiry of SEBI approached me for appointment as statutory audit. sir, please suggest me whether I accept this audit or not and if i accept, what qualification should I report in my audit report

whether to accept or not depends on your risk profile and knowledge base. with regards to qualifications, that shall be contingent on your audit observations. how can you take an assignment with per-conceived notions?
