Recruitment charges

1.When company should accrue for recruitment charges payable to consultant (at the time of offer letter or when person joins.

2. The Company has year end of 31st March and company has taken interview for one of the department during march and offer letter was given on April and employee joins on May. So in this case whether accrual for cosultancy charges required on 31 March.

how to learn vouching and verifying in audit for ipcc??

I am working in a firm of CA's. My mother holds 25 shares of a listed Co., to whom I have been allocated to audit.

Query:
1 Wether i can audit the said co.?

2.If I can audit it, what necessary disclosures, I need to make to my firm and SEBI?


The shares are long term, with no objective of making profits from insider information.

In e filled audit report, I have wrongly shown bonus of Rs. 78700/- in column As per [Section 36(1)(ii)]Any sum paid to an employee as bonus or commission for service rendered, where such sum was otherwise payable to him as profits or dividend.

I have filled audit report on 20/09/2013.

What the consequence of above? while processing of return will this be included in income?

should i revise audit report now or nothing to do?

whar will happen if the audit conduted by ca is a not a ca and he conducted the audit notice received and case fixed at income tax is there any remedies to avoide penelty of 271

Who does statutory audit of any Coop Credit Society in Mumbai?

Is it called an Internal Auditor? if so Why?

His report to the members is same as other statutory auditors gives in case of limited companies etc.

Internal auditor report goes to the management. It is periodical and gives report on internal control and their weaknesses.

Applicability of caro

If a Limited Company (unlisted) has not yet started its operations & is still at its pre-operative stage, then is CARO applicable to it?
I didn't find a clause that would exempt such a company from its purview (except the 3 clauses for a Pvt. Ltd. Co.)
Please help.

hello sir we have asked the company to confirm debtors and creditors balance externally but they said that they will send confirmations after finalization of accounts and now difference is found between balance externally confirmed by parties and it is material.....what effect we can give of this in accounts? ?
