then rotation of auditor will be applicable on this private co.
is rotation of auditor applicable on every pvt co.

I would like to know whether annexure to the audit report also forms a part of the Audit Report.
If yes, whether giving reply to any qualification stated in the Annexure is compulsory for the Directors???

Section 145 says auditor should sign audit report, Section 134 says directors etc should sign financial statements, why auditors sign financial statements is it given under any section or it is a custom

certain amt are recieved by society from its members other than as capital which head should this be shown?

Does misconduct of code of ethics apply on filing 3ceb (transfer pricing report) without prior communication with tax auditor of the same entity? clause 8 & 9 of 1st schedule of code of ethics apply on auditor appointment not on appointment for some other assignment. Can some CA in practice submit entity's 3ceb report without first communicating tax auditor of that particular entity? pls clarify with rules.
