can any one provide auditor certificate format in case of person has applied for govt tender and govt want certificate from auditor if he is not going for any credit sources and having internal sources and current assets higher and complete project from own source.

Auditor can give a net worth certificate.
He can NOT give any assurance as to whether or not the contractor will use own funds or borrowed funds. Such assuarance is out of the scope of Auditor.
