Excise Turnover Clubbing

Hi All

I want to know if a person is doing a business in proprietorship and in other (A Private Ltd. Co.) he/she and his/her mother/father is director. Is there any provision that their turnover for the excise limit registration is to be clubbed? Both are mfg. of same product. If yes please provide me related notification, circular or order.

handling loss & production loss

Dear Sir,

I have manufacturer & registered with excise.

their are some queries in my production process so pls.guide me.

my production process is as below.

A] Raw Material 102 kg + B] Raw mateial 102 kg + C]Raw material 102 kg.= finish goods.300 kg.

in that process 6 kg production loss.

otherwise in my raw materil stock their are handling loss is 6 kg & i have minus this handling loss at the ,end of the month in stock book & fress stock entry i have done in next month.

My raw materil is exciseable material & in my production process. i have minus handling loss in my raw materil stock.

is it ok ? or any intimation need to give me to excise department?

Pls.guide me.

Non Commercial Invoice- payment

My client has imported goods with a non-commercial invoice from its parent company.

Will they have any problems while making payment for the purchase?

Shifting of Raw Material to new Location

Dear All,

We are shifting our manufacturing plant from one location to other, now we need to shift all our Raw Material, Finished Goods to other location.

How will i do it. Is it by shifting on goods on commercial challan or preparing a invoice and charging duties on it.

finished goods written off

1.suppose if finished goods is written off in the books of accounts so whether i am liable to pay excise duty.

and if i am not liable to pay excise duty then should i reverse cenvat credit taken on inputs used for finished goods.

Excise Duty on Capital Goods

suppose one of the SSI unit or small unit which are not registered as SSI, purchase machinery and paid excise duty alongwith cost.unit not registered under excise act, unit borrow money from bank at higher interest rate to purchase machinery , in this case small scale unit which not get any benefits for excise paid on capital goods because unit is not registered.
please tell me way how such excise duty burden reduce by small scale unit.
loss for SSI: No Cenvat Credit and also cost increase due to Excise Duty on Capital Goods and also interest on loan from bank
please help me how i reduce loss.
