if i m a firm & my gross total income is (12 MONTH)100 crore.than will i register in ssi.

10 November 2010 Under central excise you are an SSI if your excisable value of clearacnes in the previous year did not cross 400 lakhs. Some addtions/ exclusion set out in the notification 8/2007 as amended.
