good morning to all expert,
plz tell me if i m not register in excise. & i m to late deposit querterly return of excise than panelty will be 10000 is it rught .if wrong plz clear my doubt.

Penalty may be 10000 or more also.

Get registered, pay the duty applicable after availing the credits available, pay interest for the delayed payment. pay the penalty only for late filing of return as specified.
