Hello all experts

We have send goods to SEZ unit with Bill of export under claim of rebate.At time of put the file of rebate excise officer asked for Bill of exports.WE have asked for customs endorse bill of exports but party says that no one has taken export entitlement availed. So need not to submit
bill exports and ARE1 copy of duly certified of Inspector of customs is sufficent.Request you to all experts to give guideline in this matter.

We are manufacturing company (registered in excise) we purchasing material from our vendor with excise which is not our product but we use(sale) itafter assembling with another product (which is our pruduct). how we take it in purchse & sale hoe we treat in excise records.

Can we take service tax input against Construction bills amounted to RS. 5Crore for factory construction in Manufacturing Unit..

we purchasing packing material from packing vendor with excise ,but we not taking credit of that can we send this packing material for job work for our finish product to another vendor( who make our finish product on our behalf).he will pay duty when he send finish product to us .after that we sell this finish product as duty paid material.

my query is that
can we send packing material as FOC without excise ( not taking cenvet credit of that material ).

What will be THE procedure after the comapny had acquired EPCG licence .The company is rice exporter. what will be liablity of company after obtaining epcg licence . ON dgft.gov.in site is showing that the licence are not register so far. what does that mean and wat are the consequences of the same

one of our client Manufacturer sales goods worth 1.6 crs of which 40 Lacs is supplied at SEZ. Will he be liable to Register for Central Excise. ie. will SEZ sale be counted for basic exemption limit of 1.5 cr ??

If i import 50 articles which are landed at Port, and from that I bring only 25 at my factory place. Then the bill entry should for 25 are full quantity which i have imported.

We have a huge balance of Cenvat Credit of SAD-4% (Customs). Shall we adjust the same with 1.Education Cess 2%, 2.SH Education Cess 1%, 3.Basic Excise Duty?

I have one year Exp in Accounts and One year in Excise.At present working in Excise in Aims Industries Ltd. I m little bit confused between this two. What will give me good future in Accounts or Excise.? what is future of Excise ? is it give a good growth than in Accounts?
