What will be THE procedure after the comapny had acquired EPCG licence .The company is rice exporter. what will be liablity of company after obtaining epcg licence . ON dgft.gov.in site is showing that the licence are not register so far. what does that mean and wat are the consequences of the same

.Please update me. Regards

09 February 2011 AFTER ISSUE THIS LICENCE, CHA REGISTRATION DO AND AFTER REGISTRATION U CAN ELIGIBLE FOR IMPORT - EXPORT.

AS PER FTP 2010-11 CHAPTER -5 PARAGRAPH 5.5 ASK REGARDING THE EXPORT OBLIGATION FULFILLMENT RENDERED BY APPLICANT.

As per the website information , there are some licences which are not yet registered with them..What is the time limit for registering the licence with govt.and what are the consequences of non compliance?

12 February 2011 IT SEEMS THAT YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED THE LICENCE SO FAR?

WITHIN 24 MONTH THE EXPORTER REGISTERED THE LICENCE OTHERWISE DGFT IMPOSE PENALTY UPON YOU.
