10 February 2011 My query is that I am working with 100% EOU Unit and having cenvat credit on inputs material and which has been capitalized the same is un-utilized, So can I apply for the refund claim for the same. If so what is the procedure and notification or circular for that.

11 February 2011 THANK YOU SIR, I NOTED THE ABOVE CIRCULAR REGARDING CENVAT CREDIT REFUND, NOW MY QUESTION IS THAT MY FINISHED PRODUCTS IS NIL RATE OF DUTY IN THAT CASE HOW SHOULD I APPLY FOR REFUND OF UNUTILIZED CENVAT CREDIT ON INPUT MATERIAL. FROM WHICH SOME MATERIAL IS PLASTIC CARBOYS WHICH IS USED FOR STORAGE PURPOSE{RAW MATERIAL} THE HAS BEEN CAPITALIZED ON WHICH CENVAT CREDIT HAS BEEN AVAILED, SO WHETHER I CAN APPLY FOR REFUND OF CENVAT CREDIT ON THE SAME WHICH HAS BEEN CAPITALIZED.
