Now xyz ltd(principal) want to transfer the balance 20kg to an another job work site of his, outside the state.
Xzy ltd is ask his first job worker to reverse cenvat credit on 20kgs and transfer the cenvat credit by issuing an excise invoice in the name of another job worker of his, out side the state.

Query:

Cenvat credit on capital goods.

In Manufacturing sector we are taking 50% credit on capital goods in the current year & 50% in the next preceding year as well as we get entry in RG23C Part II. But in the service sector we are not maintaining RG registers. In our organisation purchase some chairs it is capitalised under the head of Furniture & Fixtures but how to take cenvat credit, can we take it like as service tax credit.
