Sir we are a SSI unit manufacturing Aluminium Circles & cookwares. we are paying ED on Aluminium Circles in Compound levy scheme under notification no. 17/2007 & Aluminuim cookware was exempted. but govt imposed ED on Aluminium Cookware from 1st March'2011.
Can i avail of SSI exemption of Rs 1.5 cr on Aluminium cookware? My previous year turnover was below 4 cr (we sell both Aluminium Circles & Aluminium Cookware)
