Availing cenvat credit

Dear sir, please provide the clarification regarding the cenvat credit. I availed the cenvat on Bill of entry of input goods imported dated December 2013 in April 2014. But additional duty could not claimed. Now the cenvat of additional duty can be claimed, even if it crossed six month for claiming the cenvat as per cenvat credit rules4(1). wef 01.09.2014
