good morning to all experts,
i want to know about excise rate under chapter 84 and 85.i read a notification(Notification No. 06/2014-CE dated June 25, 2014).)about excise rate will same in Capital goods, Automobiles and Consumer durables sectors @ 10% upto 31-dec-2014. . but in Notification No. 06/2014-CE not clarify that in which item excise rate will be same upto 31-dec-2014 @ 10%.sir my question is only that will this Notification No. 06/2014-CE also applicable in chapter 84 and 85.if you have any supporting document about this notification. so please send me.(khulbe.rajeev50@gmail.com).this is very important for me.

if central govt. increase the period of then notification then its remain after 31.12.2014

you can not understand my query .please read notification no. 06/2014 ce. in notification no. 04/2014 excise in Capital goods, Automobiles and Consumer durables sectors and chapter 84, 85 @ 10% upto 30.6.2014. but in notification no. 06/2014 ce govt. carry same rate upto 31-12-2014. but my query is that this rate also applicable in chapter 84, 85. because no clerification in notification no. 06/2014 ce 25-6-2014.
