i cleared 1st grp of CA( final) in may 12 and second grp in nov 12. Could u plz tell whether this will we treated as first attempt or second attempt? some people say, it will treat as first attempt.

I have Cleared My CA in Nov 2012 Exam In First Attempt with Good Marks In Finance.
I am confused, That What I have to do Practice Or Join Industry?
Plz suggest me.

No Agrreement for partnership prepared or no deed prepared untill now. so kindly tell me whether Partnership Agreement or deed can be prepared after starting business. and also tell me about which amount of stamp paper required for partnership agreement? what is diffrent between deed and agreements?

i have completed ca articleship of 3.5yrs since 2 yrs and also have passed cs professional exams..although there is no exemption for ca articles but there is some provision for claiming exemption on the basis of work experience in a company.

i have worked in a company for 2 yrs nw as accountant/compliance assistant..and can produce a certificate signed by the MD of the company to this effect..but i received all the emoluments in cash...

pls tell me the procedure in detail with practical scenario to claim max.rebate or exemption from the cs 15 month training..

I have applied for COP after that I joined a audit firm.Iam in full time employment.I have not mentioned anything in Form 6 as at that time I was not working.Now what kind of permission should I get and what form should I send to ICAI.Please help me.Whether my COP will be considered as part time COP

i am completed b.com I am intented to do CA
i hear that for degree students CPT is exempted. whether i joined for IPCC what will i do first articleship or Theory. Bcz somebody Says that if u want direct IPCC u should do First Articleship then after only IPCC Exams. if i did articleship how can i get experience without Theory.
Please give clear Picture about this.
