Q. Sir with due respect, I want to know what is main work of CEO and how company justified such huge amount pay as salary to CEO.

With all my due respect sir, In whole world only 45-50 CEO only able to implement their vision or mission in that manner you talking about. Suppose Mr. X is CEO of Reliance group if he join in one company who all ready doing good or may be not good but Company have already a system they just following existed system what is special in it. Yes you are right in some case people perform extraordinary but sir, we can not generalized the performance every one who become CEO that means he is working in same manner.
Whatever you taking about that is bookish thing. Give me some specific details who is CEO what is they implemented from self idea. What work only they can do we do not expect from other. They salary the received it look like that the doing research and that work exclusive skill in that particular person. But Personally i do not believe in that. For Example Ratat Tata and Anil ambani are the top business man but not due the own skill because of is ans ester performance well if you compere with Late Diru Bhai and Jamshed ji TaTa that means you show disrespect for them or their work. Thank You. Please do not take personal i have all respect to you people. Thank you.
