I have made TDS payment in November 2022 via eportal.incometax.gov.in (manually filled challan ITNS 281). The payment transaction was successful, however payment receipt could not be downloaded due to some technical glitch. Also the said transaction is not reflecting in "Payment History" Tab of Income tax portal nor on my Banking website under "Duplicate Receipts" Tab (banking partner being Central Bank of India).
How do I get duplicate payment receipt of TDS as it is needed for filing TDS returns?

This is to inform you that we, Roshni Electricals Mfg. Co., a reputed Electrical Contractor of West Bengal, intends to be Enlisted with MILITARY ENGINEERING SERVICES Organization. We have already registered ourselves as an electrical contractor at the same on 21-12-2022 through e-Governance but till date we are not been able to login at the portal due to lack of proper user-id.

We have not yet received any acknowledgement so far from their end till date. Please help in this respect.

I plan to purchase a property from an individual having RNOR status. He is NRI returning home and is filing tax in India as RNOR. My question is: For TDS on sale of property should I consider him as NRI and deduct TDS at 22% or should I consider him as resident and deduct TDS at standard 1%? A swift response will be very helpful.

My Daughter (B.Tech Final Year) is an intern in a LLP. The LLP is deducting Professional Tax @Rs.200 from the monthly Stipend. Pl. clarify, whether PT is applicable on Stipned? They don't issue form 16 then how to claim the prof. tax paid.

Any one faced or is facing the following issue while filing spice+ for incorporation
Form has been examined and marked as Sent for resubmission with the following
remarks-

The e-form is not getting signed by the officer as the stakeholder is not using the new version of the e-form/adobe
reader. Please refer to the MCA website www.mca.gov.in

The problem is repeating again and again instead of resubmitting using the new version of Adobe Acrobat DC. How to resolve the issue.
