I just want to join a firm in Indore. Can you please help me if you know such firm in Indore who keeps articles registered under other CAs

Respected sir i am a Ca final student.Ive been preparing for final for past 1 yr but couldnt crack the exam.Yet ive nt given up hope.What i am looking forwrd to know is that, can i continue my practical work while studying at home.Like the engineers is there any scope for free lancers in CA profession too?

is there any restriction as to viewing hours of lectures uploaded by icai elearning final course or is it free of cost of chargeable?????

also if there is no restriction in viewing lectures online then why is it showing that account expires after 1 day???

I need one expert advice from you that if as an employer we are making payment of PTEC for employee then in the TIN we should mention concerned employee's TIN (starting from 99) but what should we write against " Name of Dealer"? should it be Employer Name who is making payment for employee or should it be Employee name as mentioned in the PTEC Certificate? I am specifically asking for payment of PTEC in Maharashtra?

I have a query that, i want to know the what should be the sequence of signing annual report.i.e ,will the date of Directors' signing balance sheet, date of approval by directors, date of signing by auditor, date of signing of Directors' Report be same or what???. I have checked the annual report of ITC ltd of 2013. all date are same. but in TATA Steel ltd - different. what should be the correct way?

our company recognized a financial liability (say some shares). as per IAS 32 and IAS 39 these are initialy recognized at Fiar value (computed under IFRS 13). now the question is what will be the journal entry in next reporting date if the value of financial liability increases?
