How do i give entry for that loan?
and How do i give entry for interest on loan?

is Urban Land comes under the definition of plot of land?

is Guest house, Farm house comes under the definiton of House?

for example if assesse (individual) has only A guest house and an Urban Land. then whether he can avail any exemption ?

If I want to undergo training with a Pvt Ltd Co. ,then what is the procedure for registration of that company & is registration is done online or manually?
Secondly I want to ask, that is it compulsory to have a company secretory in the company where I will undergo training?
and what is the procedure that I have to follow regarding franking & filing form for 15 Month training under company?

We want to know if an EOU can claim drawback if the firm did not make any import and uses all duty paid inputs in their production procured from local market and does not claim any cenvat refund and no refund of Central excise duties. The only benefit of eou we are taking is income tax rebate.
