if any article take transfer in first year of article ship and could not send its form 109 to kanpur in four months from transfer and now he send form 109 and 103 with penalty then will the transfer be valid or can attempt be late or not?

I had Property in India. I sold that & received money outside India in Foreign Currency. (i). Whether I've to pay income tax(if any) in India on that property transaction ?
(ii). Whether I can purchase any property outside India out of the amount I received on sale ? {In both the cases (a) after paying tax in India on such Sale, (b) After not paying any tax in India.}

what will be the entry of rent received and rent payable entry

I was eligible to write Ipcc Nov13 examination as i had filled the examination form, but due to some very personal problem i wasn't able to give. Now I am eligible for May14,and i have also received my admit card.but few days back my lens broke inside my eye, while i was removing it, It was quite bad and doc advised me not to study nor to give exam as minimum one month rest is required. Well i really wanna give May14 exams but i dont think my eye will let me, as the pain is still there. My question to you is will i be eligible for Nov14 exams, as i have lost my two attempts and will it be counted as 3rd attempt or first.I am really broken up!!

I have completed one and a half year of my articleship training from mumbai, now i wanna go back to my hometown jaipur. and i don't fall under any of the situation as per icai guidelines. My prinicipal is also agreed to it, can i take transfer on this ground. Please suggest.
