I am want to set up a new business and set up a separate legal entity. Nature of my business involves exports to US and other international countries via Ecommerce platform and also trading in stock market.

As per the nature of my business mentioned above let me know which business structure should I use i.e, Proprietorship, LLP, OPC or Pvt LTD. Focus is to save tax and less compliance hassle.

Please help me with the above question.

I passed my Group2 Ca inter exams in May 2024, but noticed that that my gender was displayed incorrectly as female in exam form after a few months of passing the exams when I filled up the exam form for G1 January 2025. Gender is not displayed in Admit card and Marksheet, so did not notice it at that time, I am worried whether my result will be cancelled or any discplinary action would be taken against me by institute?
I have already updated Gender in my profile by raising a request on SSP portal, and it is showing male now in the profile but in the future Jan 2025 exam form and the previous exam forms showing me as a female. wrote to ICAI but no reply from them.

made payment for PTRC Sept 2023 but by mistake period selected Sept 2024.
and that time i made new payment for Sept 2023 and file PTRC return
now i want to use Sept 2024 PTRC challan which payment done in 2023

My query is How to Show in PTRC return?

My husband had nominated me in his PPF Account in the year 1998. After his death when I went for it's claim, I was told that the nominee name is feeded as (,anisha) whereas my name is Manisha. The address details feeded were correct and are same as that on my adhaar. What can I do to claim the amount?
