A pvt ltd. company has received share application money from NRI. After 6 month he want to return share application money to NRI. The money has come in india on Non-Repartiable basis. Can this money send back to NRI .

In Public Provident Fund or PPF maximum contribution is 70000 for an individual on his own or in the behalf ofthe minor,

If the Minor has his/her own income by way of gift then can minor contribution to PPF be excluded from that of the individual or parents. can minor contribution be seperate from the parents 70000.
For.
Father A contibuting 70000 in his own name
Son B (minor)contributing 70000 recevied as gift to him .

one of my frn is CA,has a office in chd,due to heavy load of work, he opens another office jst 70 km from chd. for running the new office he appointed 3 retired ITO's for his office... my question is that is he guilty of professional misconduct???
